Who we are

Zen Interior 23 is a custom carpentry and cabinetry service based in Rawang, Selangor, Malaysia. This policy explains what information this website and our enquiry channels handle, and why.

Information you give us

This website has no contact, quote or account forms. You reach us by WhatsApp, phone or email. The WhatsApp buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a short pre-written message that you can edit before sending. When you contact us, we receive what you choose to share — for example your name, phone number, project location, photos or measurements of your space, and your timeline.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site measurement, prepare your cabinet plan, 3D cabinet visualisation and quotation, carry out and support your project, and keep our business records. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Information collected when you use this website

• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Our own basic analytics. We record which page you were on, which button or feature you used (for example, a WhatsApp button or the interactive 3D view) and the page that referred you. We do not store your IP address with these records. Your IP address is used only as a short-lived technical counter to limit abusive or automated traffic.
• Hosting and security. This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request details in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
• Your language choice. If you switch language, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage. It stays on your device.

Other services we rely on

WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us, Google (Google Analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting) process information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies, and clear local storage, in your browser settings. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. The site works without analytics cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as we need it to respond to you, carry out and support your project, and keep proper business records, and then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website, messaging service or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or ask us to stop contacting you. In Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 gives individuals rights such as access to and correction of their personal data.
